By downloading or using One4 (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
One4 provides general fitness and nutrition information, including suggestions generated by AI. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. AI-generated programmes, calorie estimates and nutrition targets can be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for using correct form and appropriate loads.
You may use most of the app without an account. Creating one requires a valid email address or a Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. You may delete your account at any time in Settings › Account & sync.
Don't use One4 unlawfully, don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or our servers, don't attempt to bypass usage limits or access other users' data, and don't resell or redistribute the service.
AI features have a daily request limit that depends on your plan. Limits, and the models we use, may change over time as costs and capacity change. We may suspend AI access if we detect abuse or automated use.
One4 Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that raises your daily AI limit and unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.
We may offer promotional or discount codes through the App Store. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may expire or be withdrawn. We may cancel benefits obtained through abuse, such as creating accounts solely to redeem codes.
Your workout, nutrition and body data remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store your backup if you request one, and to send the necessary information to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. We do not use your data to train AI models and we do not sell it.
We aim to keep One4 working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. Cloud backup is a convenience, not a guaranteed archive — please don't rely on it as your only copy of important data.
To the extent permitted by law, One4 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for injury, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
